Growing number of neighborhoods in poverty

Love Thy Neighbor

Violence and high crime rates are found in impoverished neighborhoods. Inadequate infrastructure is also a result of neighborhood of concentrated poverty. Businesses are scarce in these communities, including grocery stores and retail. Instead, abandoned buildings and blight stand in their place. This can often lead to treacherous conditions.
