4410 Day was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment volunteers stepped onto the campus, the energy, the purpose, and the unity were undeniable. This was more than a service day—it was the launch of a new chapter for the 4410 campus and the beginning of a long-term collaboration between The Walls Project and the Dallas Bethlehem Center (DBC).
Sprouts Set the Tone With Leadership & Service
Sprouts stepped up in a major way. Their dynamic team sponsored fresh fruit and muffins that fueled volunteers through the early morning hours, helping set the tone for a day rooted in community, service, and action. But Sprouts did far more than donate; they showed up, worked, and led by example.
At the center of that leadership is Jamal Clark, Sprouts District Manager, a man whose presence elevates every room he walks into. Jamal is known for being the first to arrive and the last to eat, the first to volunteer, and the last one off the field. He does not serve for recognition; he serves because service is who he is. His humility, consistency, and commitment to excellence make him a powerful anchor in our partnership. Walking side by side with Jamal and the Sprouts team is a privilege we don’t take lightly.
Texas Trees Foundation Brought New Life to the Campus
The Texas Trees Foundation expanded the impact by donating and distributing over 70 trees, helping breathe new life into the community surrounding the 4410 campus.
Volunteers joined forces to paint fences, refresh benches, rake the playground, and clear overgrown weeds and brush in both the community garden and the children’s play area.
Their contribution supports long-term environmental renewal and adds beauty, shade, and ecological value to a space that will soon serve as our new Art & Design Center, a hub for creativity, youth programming, and community engagement.
A Community That Shows Up—and Shows Love
Neighbors, families, students, and local residents came out in strong numbers, ready to serve and pour into their own community.
People didn’t just volunteer, they connected. They worked shoulder-to-shoulder, shared stories, met new neighbors, and took part in a collective effort to uplift a space that belongs to them.
4410 Day reminded us that when we build together, we grow together.
A New Beginning for 4410
The transformation happening at the 4410 campus represents the start of something deeply meaningful. As renovations continue and the new Art & Design Center comes to life, 4410 Day stands as a symbol of collective ownership, unity, and possibility.
This was the first of many powerful collaborations between The Walls Project and the Dallas Bethlehem Center. Together, we are entering a season of creativity, youth empowerment, environmental stewardship, and culturally rich community activation.
