While learning remote is the safest option during this time, it's not hard to imagine that a 4-hour Zoom meeting can get boring quickly. To keep our Futures Fund Tech Academy Trainees motivated, we've selected some major acts to reward our teens for returning each week and participating.
In September, we've had activities including weekly guest DJs, trivia contests, teamwork and skills-building, and incentivized prize giveaways to Trainees going above and beyond!
