Lack of homeownership and escalating rental costs

Drawing the Line

Lack of home ownership prevents generational wealth. This disables younger generations in families from being able to utilize property value as leverage. Escalating rental costs result in many members of the community having to move. Rental costs rise while wages remain stagnant, creating unstable housing.
