Workshop 1: Art Therapy Sip & Paint

Jordan Howard, Seventh Path consulting with Amos Brown, AB artistry

Participants will engage in a sip-and-paint experience while the counselor teaches breathing techniques, grounding exercises, and other therapeutic relief activities that they can use to distress and manage anxiety through the arts.

Workshop 2: How to brand yourself for the digital economy

Workshop participants will learn how to use Canva to build their brand.
