Join The Walls Project for a hands-on volunteer day as we help bring new life to the steps at Jewel J. Newman Community Center. Volunteers will help paint, refresh, and beautify this shared community space.

About the event
Join The Walls Project and District 2 Councilman Anthony Kenney Jr. for a hands-on volunteer day as we help refresh the steps at Jewel J. Newman Community Center through ReActivate in support of the Juneteenth Jubilee. Volunteers will help paint and beautify this shared community space, creating a brighter and more welcoming area for students, families, and neighbors.
Please wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting paint on, closed-toe shoes, and sun protection such as a hat or sunscreen. We also recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and dressing for warm weather.
