This concise and hands-on single-day workshop is designed to provide participants with a brief yet engaging introduction to the art of creating paint from pigments grown from plants at the Baton Roots Farm and indigenous to the area.

Workshop Brief:
Pigment Basics: Gain an understanding of natural pigments, their sources, and characteristics.
Practical Experience: Get hands-on experience by creating a small amount of custom paint during the workshop.

Class age: 14 and up. Parents are encouraged to participate with students.
